Battery powered hedgetrimmers
| The Stihl HLA 86 telescopic long reach hedge trimmer is compatible with Stihl's AP range of batteries. We recommend using the AP 200 battery with this product. The AP 200 battery will give you 144 minutes run time. This hedge trimmer is lightweight and ideal for reaching tall hedges. The maximum length of the HLA 86 is 3.3m which allows you to reach 4m-5m tall hedges easily. This high reach hedge trimmer can be extended between 2.6m and 3.3m to suit the height of hedge. The telescopic shaft is adjustable by hand without the need for tools. The double sided cutter blades are 500mm long and can easily cut branches up to 26mm thick. The cutter bar can be adjusted from -45° to 70° to suit the application, and can be folded down to easily fit into a car, allowing you to neatly trim the top of your hedges.
